Regular daily practice (sadhana) is the building block for creating positive habits, consistency, a strong mind, and uplifting your life.
This practice supports the seasonal transition.

Autumn is not the time to let go of structure; it is not the time to let go of discipline.
Autumn requires commitment and focus. It is a season of transition, change, and emotional charge, bringing the cycle to an end—a time of surrender.
Movement and change have a destabilizing effect on the air element in our body (Vata in Ayurvedic medicine). An aggravated Vata energy causes cold and illness in the body, and doubt and anxiety in the mind. Altogether, it leads to a loss of vital energy.
Maintaining a regular, supportive daily practice of physical movement, contemplation, breathwork, and rest protects you from energy loss and maintains a healthy body and mind. Make your autumn transition a celebration of abundance and joy.

How it works

Upon registration, you will join the list of participants, and together we will begin the practice on the full moon.

You will receive daily emails with instructions for the 20-minute daily practice.

You will learn and practice Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) daily, as well as receive teachings on breath work, mindfulness, relaxation, journal prompts, and chanting.

For motivation, inspiration, and accountability, you will have access to a private Facebook group to share your experiences.

The intention is to create momentum by building a muscle of positive intention and manifesting health and well-being. Practicing together provides a supportive group energy that inspires us during moments of doubt.

About your host!

Hi I am Gita. The best way to know me is to sit in circle with me. I was born for circle and it is where my gifts come fully alive.

I grew up with nature as my first teacher along with my parents, who immersed our family in nature, it’s beauty, mystery and magical realms.

I knew from the age of 12 I would work with touch, magic and nature. For the past 35 years from master therapist, to Rieki master, Yoga teacher, Medicine woman, beyond the initiations and trainings my whole life has been and continues to be a prayer in deepening in connection. Connection to nature, the plants, the wisdom of the seasons.  Connection to the wisdom codes of the Universe.

I am here to support you and share with you, inspire ideas and create connection to nature’s wisdom and assist with the interpretation of messages from your inner voice to your intuition and your communication with spirit.

I am here to hold the space of confidence for all to step into. Let us link arms and journey together!
