Welcome ‘ the fire of truth’ week-end journey….
Stepping into your light (day 3)
It is the new moon, what a great time to begin a new cycle as you are stepping into your light fully and completely.
Today is about celebrating and dancing with all the parts of ourselves which had no space.
Are you ready to bring them into your life?
Today we will dance! Put on some music! Connect to the free space which yesterday’s journey has created.
Call in the part of you who will walk with you and build the momentum of holding who you are aligned to your values and grounded in all of your thoughts and actions.
What does she need? Who is she? What experience of today feels expansive?
Dance at least 30 minutes.
Here is one song to get you going
When you are done, take some time to feel it in your body! What will it take to continue the journey?
Blessed Be in celebration of your light!
I love you
Gita
The fire of transformation (day 2)
Today we want to begin making space. Releasing all of what might be in the way for us to be who we came to be, to truly bring forward our gift and contribution.
Yesterday, you might already have observed some conditions which do not support who you are.
Today we asking the following questions:
What is holding me back? What are the shadow behaviours which sabotage my journey?
We asking for transformation, stepping into the fire to let it go. Putting it to the side.
You might even be aware of it in your body. You might like to put on some music and shake it off.
Today’s practice:
Shamanic journey of dismemberment. This is a amazingly effective cleansing technique.
If you know it – go for it. Here is a link for the recording of shamanic drumming
If you are new to shamanic journeying, I have recorded a guided journey to help you into this visualisation.
Wishing you a blessed journey

Harvest (day 1)
Welcome to your first day of journey!
Today we take inspiration from the cycle of the seasons and the portal of Lughnasadh
The first of the harvest celebrations.
Today is about being open and being witness. Letting things flow and appear. We collect information and then allowing the story to unfold. It is about elevating our awareness who we are and aligning to that.
Our journey this morning is about quieting the mind, becoming still and listening to what is present when we ask the questions of what is my soul mission, gift, medicine, purpose?
The practice today:
Spent 30 minutes (or more) in connecting to your inner self and in silent meditation.
Then journal on the following questions and reflections:
What part of myself and of my life am I celebrating. Which parts of my life are ripening?
Are you the person you want to be? Do you feel you live the life you desire?
What is your desire, what have you done so far? What is your disappointment?
If you could do what you want, what would your life look like? What would you do? Write it down!
Which parts of your life you feel you ‘have to’ do and which ones you choose?
How big is the gap? As you contemplate this, what are the feelings which come up around this?
What do you feel is your gift/your contribution/your medicine? What do you feel you want to contribute. What nourishes you.
Allow the answer to come throughout the day also and stay in the position of witness and observer.
At the end of the day, make a list of what works and what is missing, to become aware of the gap between who you want to be and who you ‘have’ to be.
See you tomorrow
Blessed Be
Gita
