During these 4 days, you will receive an introduction to the concept of the three Celtic cauldrons and a shamanic journey into each of your energy centers, considering their position and its effect on your health and presence in your life.
Gita will share inspiration and practices on how to apply the knowledge and experience to your spiritual practice, through observation and rituals.
You can follow the journeys in your own time. This offers you the opportunity for a deep dive weekend retreat or alternatively, you can take your time and explore each cauldron over a longer period.

The course begins with an introduction, to then begin journeying on the new moon, if you choose to use the moon cycles as your supporting force. Each day we will journey with one cauldron.

The three Celtic cauldron program is also offered as a 4-week journey circle (4 consecutive days). Circles offer a unique opportunity to experience the shamanic journey as part of a group. A circle is a sacred space where each person has their own individual place while being in relationship with the others present. We support you in this powerful practice by guiding you to enhance the quality of your communication with the spirit world.

THREE CELTIC CAULDRONS journey group
Experience your shamanic journey practice in a sacred circle with others.
Together we will open the circle with a short visualisation connecting to the elements and the group. An intention for the journey is related to the teachings of the three Celtic cauldron, their positioning in the body and their function in your life.
There will be time for sharing and reflection. All levels of experience are welcome.
This circle is offered in Val-Morin. We meet one evening for 4 consecutive weeks for a in-person journey group.
